Production facilities
Ozerianka produces buckwheat, wheat, barley, pearl barley, round-grain rice and kutia at its own production facilities.
Four packaging lines allow the company to pack up to 50 thousand packs per shift (70-100 packs/min). The company's warehouses store up to 700 tons of finished products. The production capacity of the Ozerianka cereal mill is 45 tons of grain per day.

The production of cereals under the brand name Zernovyta is focused on selected varieties of grain. We purchase raw materials only from reliable suppliers whose quality has been proven over many years of cooperation.
Laboratory

UkrSEPRO's own certified laboratory, in accordance with the state certification system, controls grain quality at all stages of the production process: purchase of raw materials, grain processing, packaging and storage of finished products in warehouses.

The first stage
Double cleaning
Cleaning takes place in 2 stages: removal of coarse impurities, mineral and iron impurities
The second stage
Heat treatment
Steaming, drying and cooling of buckwheat. As a result of physical and chemical changes in the anatomical parts of the grain during hydrothermal treatment, the yield and quality of cereals increase.
The third stage
Sorting
Before hulling, we divide the grain into six fractions (coarse, medium, fine).
The fourth stage
Peeling
Husks are separated from the kernel.
The fifth stage
Hulling
Hulling products are separated into husk, kernel, and hulling with flour.
Double sieving in sieves, sequential screening in aspirators and aspiration columns, single passage through magnetic separators. Peeled kernel and parting are stored in hoppers for packing.

- A modern, sustainable, ergonomic briquette packaging has been developed for TM Zernovyta. It is pleasant and comfortable to hold in your hand and easy to close thanks to the adhesive flap.
- Buckwheat, pearl barley, millet, peas, and all types of rice are packaged in glossy two-layer film, which makes the packaging durable.
- Barley, wheat, corn, semolina and flour cereals are packaged in ECO paper packaging, which allows products to be stored longer in conditions of temperature and humidity changes.
Certified quality
- Modern production technology allows us to preserve the maximum amount of nutrients in Zernovyta cereals: natural vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
- The cereals do not contain GMOs, pesticides, residues of agrochemicals and other harmful substances, which is confirmed by all the necessary hygienic conclusions.
- Compliance with the production technology is confirmed by the sign of product compliance with the Ukrainian quality standard on the packaging.
