Soft Fragrant Apple Cookie with Cinnamon
Ingredients
17.6 oz wheat flour "Zernovita" (500 g)
3-4 apples
7 oz butter or margarine (200 g)
4.2 oz sugar (120 g)
A pinch of salt
4 eggs
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Powdered sugar for dusting
Cooking:
Whisk the eggs with sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Add melted and cooled butter and mix well.
Add the "Zernovita" wheat flour mixed with baking powder and stir the dough with a spoon.
Peel the apples (leave the skin) and cut them into small cubes, then add them to the dough.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Use a teaspoon to form small heaps of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Mix the powdered sugar with cinnamon.
Once the cookies are ready, dust them with the fragrant powdered sugar.
