Potato Dumplings
Ingredients
For the dough:
1 cup water
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
10.5 oz "Zernovita" flour (300 g)
For the filling:
5 boiled potatoes
Salt, pepper
Herbs (parsley, dill, etc.)
Paprika
Cooking:
In warm water, add salt, oil, and flour, then knead the dough. While the dough rests, boil the potatoes until soft.
Mash the potatoes and add paprika, black pepper, and herbs. Let the mixture cool.
Divide the dough into small portions and roll them out into circles. Place the filling in the center, fold the dough over, and press the edges with a fork to seal.
Fry the dumplings on a dry skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Serve best with a salad or a creamy soup.
