Chocolate Semolina Mousse

Ingredients

1 liter milk

100 g chocolate

100 g semolina

150 g sugar

1 tbsp butter

2 tsp vanilla sugar

 

Cooking:

Bring the milk to a boil.

Add the chocolate and stir until it melts completely.

Gradually pour in the semolina while stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

Add the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Cook the mixture until it thickens (about 5-7 minutes).

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add the butter and blend the mixture with a blender until smooth.

Pour into serving bowls (creme brulee cups) and refrigerate for 4 hours to set.
