Creamy Spinach and Rice Soup

Ingredients

300 g cauliflower

70 g green peas

70 g spinach

100 g rice

Salt – to taste

Black pepper – to taste

1 egg

 

Cooking:

Cook the parboiled Zernovita rice using your preferred method. Boil the egg.

Pour water over the cauliflower and peas (the amount of water depends on the desired thickness). Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until tender. Add the spinach and cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Blend everything together with a blender.

Place the rice in bowls and pour the creamy soup over it. Top with the boiled egg.
