Cream Sauce with Arugula

Ingredients

200 g of cream cheese

50 g of natural yogurt

60 g of arugula

40 g of walnuts

1 medium onion

1/4 teaspoon of salt

2 pinches of pepper

 

Cooking:

First, grind the walnuts in a blender on high speed for 5 seconds. Set aside.

Boil the onion, then grind it in the blender on medium speed for 5 seconds.

Add the arugula to the ground onion and blend them together for another 8 seconds on medium speed.

Add the cream cheese, yogurt, ground walnuts, salt, and pepper, and blend everything together on low speed for 30 seconds.

Spread the cream sauce on "Zernovita Baltic" crispbreads and enjoy!
