Japanese-Style Rice with Egg

Ingredients

0.44 lbs (200 g) Basmati rice (Zernovita brand)

2 eggs

5 garlic cloves

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Green onion, salt, pepper — to taste

 

Cooking:

Cook the Basmati rice (0.44 lbs / 200 g) until it is partially cooked.

Finely chop the garlic (5 cloves) and sauté it in vegetable oil.

Add the rice and sauté it with the garlic.

Add the eggs (2) and mix well.

Add green onions and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add a little water, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes.

Optionally, serve with soy sauce.
