Rice Pudding with Apples

Ingredients

250 g round-grain rice (Zernovita brand)

1 liter milk

1 vanilla pod

220 g sugar

3 medium apples

10 g butter

3 tbsp salted caramel

A handful of nuts (your choice)

 

 

Cooking:

Pour the milk into a pot, add the vanilla seeds from the pod and 200 g of sugar. Bring it to a boil, then add the round-grain rice (Zernovita brand). Cook on low heat for about 35 minutes.

In the meantime, peel and dice the apples. Sauté the apples in a pan with butter for 5-7 minutes, sprinkling them with sugar.

Place the rice in a form and top it with the sautéed apples. Drizzle with salted caramel and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
