Semolina Porridge for Breakfast
Ingredients
500 ml milk
100 ml semolina
Sugar, salt, butter, nuts, and fruits — to taste
Cooking:
Bring the milk to a boil.
Slowly pour the semolina into the milk in a thin stream, stirring continuously.
Add a pinch of salt. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add butter, sugar, and nuts to taste. You can also add fruits and berries for extra flavor.
