Chocolate Semolina Cake
Ingredients
250 g semolina (Zernovita)
250 g sugar
250 g sour cream
2 eggs
0.2 tsp baking soda (not extinguished)
3 tbsp cocoa powder (heaping)
Cooking:
In a bowl, mix the semolina, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sour cream until well combined.
Combine both mixtures and let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the semolina to soak.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes. Check for readiness with a toothpick.
