Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Banana Filling

Ingredients

500 g cottage cheese

2 eggs

1 banana

1 cup flour (Zernovita brand)

3 tbsp finely ground oatmeal (Zernovita brand)

1 tsp baking powder

Salt, sugar, and oil for frying

Cooking:

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, then add the eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix well. You can use a blender if needed.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour and mix with the baking powder. Add this to the cheese mixture and knead into dough.

Peel the banana and cut it into slices about 0.5 cm thick.

Shape the dough into pancakes and place a slice of banana in the center of each. Dip both sides of the pancakes in the ground oatmeal.

Fry the pancakes in a preheated pan on both sides until golden brown.
