Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

2 medium ripe bananas

1 cup extra soft oatmeal flakes (e.g. Zernovyta brand)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

2–3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cooking:

Take a large bowl. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork until smooth and mushy.

Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Then add the extra soft oats, chopped walnuts, and sugar. Mix everything well.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to place portions of the cookie mixture onto the tray.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Bake the cookies for 15 minutes.

Let them cool before serving. The cookies are ready.
