Classic egg pasta Tagliatelle. Long wide strips of noodles 8 mm wide are rolled into oval nests. Made according to the author's recipe from durum wheat pasta and liquid egg mass.
The noodle strips are extruded through bronze, which forms small scratches on the surface of the dough during the process of forming it, which increases its porosity. Therefore, the finished pasta absorbs sauces better, which makes it taste unsurpassed.
Ingredients: high-grade durum wheat flour (cereal) (50%), high-grade soft vitreous wheat flour (cereal) (50%), pasteurized liquid egg melange (20%), drinking water.
