Colorful Dumplings with Potato and Cheese
Ingredients
2 cups of flour
3 eggs
300 ml of milk or water
200 g of cooked mashed potatoes
200 g of cheese
Salt
Sour cream
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
Chopped herbs (dill, parsley, spinach)

Cooking:
For the first dough, mix 1 egg, salt, 100 ml of milk or water, and flour to make regular dough.
For the second dough, follow the same process but add tomato paste to the water before adding the flour, creating orange dough.
For the third dough, it’s best to blend the third egg with chopped herbs in a blender. Then, follow the same process, adding water and flour to make green dough.
Shape the colorful dough into dumplings, filling them with a mixture of mashed potatoes and cheese.
