Steamed Roll

Ingredients

2.2 lb (1 kg) high-grade wheat flour "Zernovita"

10 potatoes

2 eggs

6 onions

2 cups warm water (0.5 L)

Oil, soy sauce

Salt and pepper – to taste

Cooking:

Sift the "Zernovita" wheat flour into a bowl, forming a mound.

Make a well in the center, crack in the eggs, add 1 tsp salt, pour in the warm water, and knead the dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes.

Peel and finely chop the onions, then combine with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll the dough out thinly, spread the filling evenly, and roll it up into a log.

Place the roll in a greased steamer basket or a steam tray of a multicooker.

Steam for 35 minutes.

Serve warm, optionally with soy sauce or a light dipping sauce.
