Sweet Pilaf with Dried Fruits

Ingredients

1.5 cups rice

2 carrots

100 g dried apricots

100 g raisins

100 g butter

Sugar to taste

 

Cooking:

​Peel and cut the carrots into strips. Sauté them in butter.

Add the rinsed raisins and chopped dried apricots.

After 4-5 minutes, add the rinsed rice (you can soak it beforehand) and mix everything well.

Pour in boiling water so that the water volume is twice as much as the total volume of the other ingredients.

Simmer until the rice is cooked. You can add more sugar if desired.
