Semolina brand T
Semolina is a cereal originally from Italy. Its production technology is identical to the traditional and familiar semolina. It is a product obtained by processing wheat grain. In the process of making flour, the grain is crushed by a mill and crushed into pieces, separated into bran and kernel (endosperm). The endosperm, after being separated from the bran, is also crushed into small pieces of different sizes. The inner particles are smaller, the outer ones are larger. The resulting mass is sorted by particle size: small particles are ground into flour, while larger ones are used to make semolina.
